About The Position
As a Claim Representative, you will be responsible for handling workers’ compensation medical-only claims. This includes managing claims from initiation to resolution, collaborating with customers and medical providers, and ensuring fair and equitable outcomes throughout the process.
Requirements
- Workers’ compensation medical-only claims experience
- Experience collaborating with customers and medical providers
- Ability to manage claims from initiation to resolution
- Skills in claim investigation and medical treatment management
- Proficiency in report preparation and claim file maintenance
- Experience with claim reserve setting and adjustment
- Knowledge of state regulations
- Ability to refer claims for subrogation
- Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities
