Requirements

High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).
Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies.
Develops analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization.
Develops working knowledge of claim data processing systems.
Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department.
May process and organize claim file information.
Prepares and maintains records.
Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Performs other duties as assigned.
