We are looking for an entry-level Civil Staff Engineer to join our Bridgeport or Charleston, WV team. As a member of the team, you will contribute to a variety of projects, drive profitability, and collaborate with a group of like-minded professionals in a fast-paced, can-do environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
  • 0–3 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Ability to participate in periodic day travel required
  • Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • EI/EIT certification desired but not required
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering solutions
  • Support senior engineers in project planning and execution
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports
  • Conduct research and analysis to solve engineering challenges
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
