A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Lead Civil Site Development Project Manager for their Louisville office. This role involves planning and coordinating the technical aspects of civil site engineering projects, serving as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. The position requires leading the general design of site, utility, and grading improvements, and handling all aspects of a project from management and design to field work and construction administration. The role also includes handling layout and details for various site improvement projects, designing sustainable site improvements, and drafting project improvements with AutoCAD. A key responsibility is identifying and troubleshooting potential construction issues before contractor bids, as well as mentoring and training junior staff. The Project Manager will also develop site engineering plans, reports, and specifications, and build and maintain client relationships.
