Multi-state design firm is seeking a Senior Civil Site Design Engineer for their team in Des Moines! Responsibilities: Lead engineer on complex projects Use technical expertise to provide high-level technical engineering design May include supervising professional/technical staff Mentor/train junior staff Review contracts with support of administration Promote efficiencies in producing quality work Ensure quality standards are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship
