About The Position

CORE Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own complex projects from planning through closeout. This role involves managing budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships. The Senior Project Manager will also build teams, negotiate contracts, drive business development, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
• 15+ years project management experience
• Proven track record with land development, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
• Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D & Microsoft Office skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Valid driver's license, clean record
