This position supports early civil construction activities for a major pipeline project in a remote region of Alaska, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The role operates on a rotational schedule in a remote field environment and requires a strong commitment to teamwork, adaptability, and field-based execution. The purpose of the role is to support and execute quality control inspection activities associated with civil early works construction for a large-scale pipeline development project, ensuring construction activities comply with approved procedures, engineering drawings, project specifications, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. The role involves working closely with construction, engineering, subcontractors, and project leadership teams to identify quality risks early, verify compliance in the field, and contribute to the successful delivery of project milestones in a challenging remote environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge of civil construction practices, excellent documentation and reporting skills, and the ability to make sound decisions while working with a high degree of independence in the field.
