About The Position
Bolton & Menk is hiring a Civil Project Manager, PE for its Brookings, South Dakota office. The role plans, develops, and completes projects, with responsibility for client satisfaction and budget management. It has a hybrid focus on the municipal market in the Southern Minnesota region. The successful candidate will support the company’s mission of helping people live in safe, sustainable, and beautiful communities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including experience with municipal infrastructure.
- Experience with client relationship management and business development.
- Experience developing plans and specifications and administering construction contracts.
- Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships.
- Experience conducting community meetings and communication.
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and complete projects.
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage project budgets.
- Support the municipal market in the Southern Minnesota region.
- Develop plans and specifications and administer construction contracts.
- Build and maintain client relationships and support municipal business development.
- Conduct community meetings and communications.
- Provide supervision.
