Within our Civil Engineering practice, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a wide variety of civil engineering projects across multiple sectors, including transportation, water/wastewater, community infrastructure, stormwater, and private development. We have opportunities available in Northern Nevada, Northern California, and Southern Idaho offices. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys managing projects, mentoring staff, collaborating with clients, and contributing to business development while working on diverse and impactful infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive, relevant engineering and project management experience.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California (or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe).
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Valid driver license and driving record with 3 or less demerit points.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from planning through design and construction.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project partners.
- Provide technical oversight and QA/QC review.
- Mentor and support early in career staff and project engineers.
- Assist with business development, including proposals and client relationship management.
- Contribute to a variety of projects, which may include: Water distribution and wastewater systems (preferred), Stormwater and drainage infrastructure, Municipal and public works projects, Transportation-related projects, including trails, roadway rehabilitation, and new roadway design, Land development and site design for private development and public/institutional projects.
