About The Position

CORE Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Civil Project Manager to own their project portfolio from kickoff to closeout. This role involves leading teams, managing client relationships, and driving financial outcomes. The Project Manager will set strategy, build high-performing teams, and deliver results that matter to real communities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license – Colorado PE or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 10+ years of progressive experience with senior project management leadership.
• Proven track record with land development, public infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
• Intermediate to advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D & Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with project management software (Deltek, Ajera, or similar).
• Strong multi-project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, clean record.

Responsibilities

• Full project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, client communication, and financial performance.
• Lead contract negotiations, balancing client needs with firm goals.
• Build and develop project teams, delegating to strengths and investing in growth.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project changes.
• Drive client satisfaction and cultivate repeat business.
• Participate in business development from your client base.
• Coach and develop direct reports.
