In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead teams creating Safe, Creative and Sustainable communities through management planning, scheduling, and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel for water and wastewater facilities. As a Water/Wastewater Project Manager you will be responsible for planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. This role will have a focus on our municipal water/wastewater market in our Southeast region. This position can be based in: Charlotte, Holly Springs, Raleigh, Wake Forest, or Wilmington.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • 5+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
  • Experience with client relationship management and business development.
  • Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
  • Experience with industrial business development and building strong client relationships.
  • Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering strongly preferred with an emphasis in water and/or wastewater treatment.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
