We are looking to add an Aviation Project Manager (P.E) to our Denver team who will help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • 5+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with airport infrastructure.
  • Experience with client relationship management and business development.
  • Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
  • Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design, budgeting, scheduling, and construction management for airport projects including extension and reconstruction of runways, taxiways, aprons, fuel systems, and vertical infrastructure such as hangars, AD buildings, and NAVAIDS.
  • Support business development activities and serve as a client contact to airport boards, commissions, and clients.
  • Responsible for management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction.
  • Serve as a client contact to airport boards, commissions, and airport clients.
  • Review and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
  • Perform business development activities (client needs, research, proposals).
  • Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff.
  • Assist with the training and development of professional and technical staff.
  • Develop relationships with regulatory agencies.
  • Travel periodically to work sites and other project related locations.
