About The Position

Gale Associates, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Rockland, MA office. Gale is a well-respected national engineering/planning firm celebrating over 61 years in business and rated one of Zweig Group’s “Best Firms to Work For” for the past 12 consecutive years.
The selected candidate would serve as a Project Engineer on a variety of planning, design, and permitting projects involving industrial, institutional, commercial, multifamily residential, and athletic and recreation facilities development for both public and private clients.

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in civil/site design, land planning and permitting.
• Qualified candidates will have solid design capabilities (grading, drainage, utilities, etc.), along with expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of basic design and construction for Civil engineering related to sports and recreation
• Familiarity with state and local permitting (environmental and municipal).
• Registration path required: an EIT preferred, and a Professional Engineer’s (P.E.) license encouraged.
