Requirements
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in West Virginia, or the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity immediately upon hire.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Four or more years of progressive civil engineering experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Valid authorization to work in the United States.
- This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship, including H-1B, TN, or other employment-based visas.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects from concept through construction.
- Design infrastructure that serves communities throughout the region.
- Design water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Lead municipal infrastructure, utility, and site development projects.
- Prepare grading plans, stormwater management designs, and hydraulic and hydrologic analyses.
- Develop engineering reports, specifications, technical proposals, and construction cost estimates.
- Coordinate directly with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, including the WVDEP.
- Mentor Engineers-in-Training (EITs) and design technicians while supporting project quality and successful delivery.
