Reporting to the Sr. Project Manager, the Civil Coordinator will support the coordination of civil engineering activities during the design phase.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in infrastructure design projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in hydroelectric projects is a major asset.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate civil design activities across disciplines.
- Review drawings, specifications, and engineering documents
- Collaborate with engineering teams and external consultants.
- Ensure compliance with design standards and project requirements.
- Participate in design coordination meetings.
- Identify design issues and support resolution.
- Ensure proper integration between civil and other disciplines.
- Track design progress and support schedule alignment.
- Assist in the preparation and review of design deliverables.
- Support documentation and design control processes.
