About The Position

V3 Companies is seeking a professional engineer and project manager with over 4 years of experience for their Central Ohio office. This role involves contributing to significant projects focused on modernizing water supply and wastewater systems. As part of the Water Supply & Wastewater team, you will be instrumental in delivering complex projects including treatment facilities, pumping, and piping systems, collaborating with a large team of professionals across North America.

Requirements

Passion for water infrastructure and its community benefits.
Graduation from a four-year engineering degree program (e.g., civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering).
Licensed professional engineer.
Experience in the design and construction administration of water supply and wastewater infrastructure.
Ability to work effectively in a team within a relaxed but focused, close-knit in-office environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as a project leader for engineering tasks such as concept design, data analysis, calculations, hydraulic and process modeling, sketching, detailed design, report writing, and preparation of bid documents.
Engage in field activities during both the design and construction oversight phases.
Participate in business development, including client and industry engagement, local strategy, project development, and proposal writing.
Act as a key member or leader of multi-disciplinary teams comprising civil, process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and structural engineers, as well as planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and administrators.
Build strong industry and community relationships.
Actively participate in V3’s local and company culture, which emphasizes employee and client experience, career growth, and community service.
