About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related engineering discipline from an accredited institution
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience (including internships, co-ops, or related project experience) in environmental consulting, infrastructure projects, remediation, or water/wastewater systems
  • Demonstrated experience preparing engineering calculations and technical reports
  • Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel to project sites as required

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of environmental regulations, including RCRA and CERCLA, preferred
  • Experience with water, wastewater, stormwater, and/or environmental system evaluation and design
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support investigations, infrastructure assessments, and environmental remediation projects both on site and from your remote/work-from-home office
  • Conduct engineering analyses related to water, wastewater, stormwater, and environmental systems
  • Conduct field data collection, system inspections, sampling, and testing
  • Prepare and review technical reports, design documents, and regulatory submittals
  • Support remedial design and implementation activities under RCRA, CERCLA, and related regulatory frameworks
  • Coordinate with project teams, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
  • Perform field oversight, data collection, and contractor/subcontractor coordination as needed
  • Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary project teams both in the field and in remote/work-from-home settings
