This role involves operating heavy equipment on industrial construction sites and/or fabrication shops. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow instructions, and perform quality work according to project specifications. The operator will be responsible for their tools and materials at the end of each shift and must be a team player. Safety is a core value, and all employees are expected to comply with safety policies and regulations, and to address unsafe practices. Responsibilities include mobilizing and demobilizing equipment, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, vehicles, and tools, and performing other duties as assigned by management. This role may also serve as a backup to other positions.
