About The Position

OCL Group Inc. (OCL) is a 100% Canadian, privately held, employee-owned general contractor providing design-build solutions across Western Canada. Since 2009, OCL has served the energy and municipal infrastructure markets with a focus on "People and Doing the Job Right". This role is for a Civil Labourer with formwork and concrete experience, starting in early March. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Grande Prairie, AB. This is a camp-based position with a variable rotation.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
• Ensure a safe team environment
• Adhere to all company and worksite safety and quality processes and procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Must have WHMIS 2015, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and GD2
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
• Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

• Formwork and concrete experience
• Preference will be given to candidates who live local to Gordondale
• Previous experience working around heavy equipment is an asset
• Previous industrial experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Read and understand site-specific instructions prior to each shift
• Site cleaning and preparation
• Digging and trenching
• Other duties as assigned
