About The Position
Moss is a national privately held construction firm providing innovative solutions resulting in award-winning projects. Moss' Solar Civil Field Engineers are responsible for assisting the Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents with the day-to-day operations for solar construction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline
- 6 months - 2 years’ experience in the solar construction industry, civil, grading, land surveying or related experience
- Must have great attitude in working with the Moss team
Responsibilities
- Understand the civil scope of work for the assigned project and ensure all grading and closeout tasks are in alignment with approved plans
- Establish daily goals with assigned crews
- Maintain documentation and prepare project inspection reports
- Work closely with Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents to ensure all environmental action items are executed
- Perform other duties as assigned
