The Civil Estimator / Project Manager is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for civil construction projects, including excavation, grading, site servicing, underground utilities, storm, sanitary and watermain installations, and other civil scopes related to industrial, commercial, and institutional developments. Following the project award, this role is responsible for managing project execution, including cost control, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, change management, and project closeout. The role works closely with the Civil Superintendent, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Company quality standards. This role supports successful project planning and execution for both internal Wales McLelland projects, municipal projects and external civil clients.
