It involves turning plans into precision and offers the opportunity to be in the field, collaborate with industry professionals, attend pre-bid meetings, conduct site visits, and play a direct role in winning projects that shape communities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• GED or High School Diploma

• Construction, estimating, or field experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete quantity take-offs using Insite Elevation Software
• Support estimating operations for civil and highway projects
• Conduct site visits and document existing conditions
• Attend pre-bid meetings and bid openings
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and clients
• Assist with scope development and project coordination
