Candidates will be placed at the appropriate level based on experience, technical expertise, and demonstrated project leadership capability. Work Environment Workplace Designation: Hybrid Location: Pittsburgh, PA Project Managers work closely with RETTEW’s multi-discipline team and clients to deliver successful land development projects. Work includes office collaboration, client coordination, and periodic field visits to project sites. Position Summary / What You’ll Do As a Project Manager supporting RETTEW’s Land Development Team, you will lead or support land development projects from the proposal stage through planning, design, and construction. Projects may include residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. Depending on experience level, you will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders. Senior-level Project Managers may oversee multiple projects, mentor staff, and contribute to business development and strategic project planning.
