This role will have focus on our municipal and land development market in the Coastal Carolinas and broader Southeast regions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
Experience in the site/civil design, permitting and execution of public and private land development projects
Experience with business development and building strong client relationships
Experience with client relationship management
Experience conducting community meetings and communication
Previous supervisory experience
Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Planning, scheduling and performance of multiple engineering projects and personnel across a wide range of sectors.
Helping to lead business development activities (maintaining and fostering new client relationships, preparation of presentations, proposals/RFQs, etc.).
