About The Position

Barge Design Solutions is seeking a dedicated and hard-working college student to join their team as a Civil Engineering Intern for the summer. This paid internship offers the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, learn from mentors and leaders, and contribute to project deliverables. The intern will collaborate with team members on new ideas and innovations, support engineers, and gain experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation, and preparation of construction documents. This is an in-person, full-time (40 hours per week) opportunity located in Atlanta, GA.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree from an accredited university
• Major: Civil Engineering
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with team members on new ideas/innovations
• Supporting Engineers in completing project deliverables
• AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation
• Preparation of construction documents
