About The Position

AECOM is seeking a Civil Engineering Intern to join their Transportation Team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position is expected to begin in May 2027. Internships are designed to introduce and build essential, hands-on skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within their field of study. This role is for an Intern 3, requiring completion of the 3rd year of qualified study.

Requirements

Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Transportation Engineering and must have completed at least three years of study.
Candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and plan to continue with the Master’s degree are eligible to apply for these positions.
Recent graduates must have been enrolled in their bachelor’s degree in the most previous school term with an interest in pursuing an advanced degree in the same or similar discipline at the conclusion of the internship.

Nice To Haves

Basic coursework experience or familiarity with MicroStation/Civil 3D.
