About The Position
Wilson & Company’s Salt Lake City, UT office is seeking a Roadway EIT with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates. This role involves performing roadway design and modeling using Open Roads Designer, collaborating with experienced designers, project managers, other disciplines, and subconsultants to deliver projects. The position is primarily focused on projects in Salt Lake City, UT, with potential to support regional projects. Effective communication and partnership with peers, senior staff, and clients are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Engineer-In-Training (E.I.T.) certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months
- 0 - 3 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations
- Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians
- Experience in CADD design software
Responsibilities
