Civil Engineering Co-op - Spring/Summer 2027
About The Position
As a Civil Engineering Co-op for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), for our Cincinnati, OH location, you’ll perform civil engineering tasks supporting project teams to create land development plan specifications, and calculation briefs for our commercial and institutional clients. You'll have the opportunity to work across various disciplines including Geotechnical, Civil/Site, Environmental, and Surveying. Housing assistance not provided, therefore local candidates preferred. Through the CEC Internship Program, you will: Acquire practical experience applying knowledge from college courses, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with teams across functional groups and locations Develop a robust professional network through social events and interactive activities Collaborate closely with a mentor in your discipline to tackle real-world challenges Participate in workshops to help foster interpersonal skills within the workplace and prepare students for success in their full-time careers.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate Civil or Environmental Engineering program
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Prior internship and/or related experience preferred
