Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join their West Palm Beach, Florida (FL) office in 2026. This is an on-site position where Analysts will utilize technical software programs regularly for analysis, production, and quality control of client deliverables. The role involves contributing to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for diverse projects. Analysts will solve complex problems, support project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for the built environment. They will also develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and client-specific practices, procedures, and standards. Analysts will gain proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS.
