Kimley-Horn is seeking Engineering graduates to join their Pleasanton, California (CA) office in 2026. This role is not remote. The position involves utilizing technical software programs for analysis, production, and quality control of client deliverables. Analysts will contribute to pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects. They will solve complex problems, support project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions for the built environment. Additionally, Analysts will develop familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and client-specific practices, procedures, and standards. Analysts will learn specific software programs relevant to their disciplines, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel, Microstation, VISSIM, Open Roads, Synchro, and/or GIS.
