About The Position

IMEG is hiring engineers, surveyors, planners, and geotechnical professionals across our local offices nationwide to support impactful work in site development, transportation, stormwater systems, land use planning, and geotechnical analysis. Whether you're an experienced civil engineer, a field surveyor, or a planning professional — we want to connect with you. We’re looking for: Civil Engineers (site, stormwater, utility, transportation), Land Surveyors (field techs, party chiefs, PLS), Urban & Land Use Planners (entitlements, zoning, permitting), and Geotechnical Engineers (soils, foundations, testing). Roles are in-person only and based in IMEG offices across the U.S. IMEG is a 100% employee-owned firm and one of the top engineering design companies in the U.S., combining the reach of a national organization with the personal support of local teams. Requirements

Civil Engineers (site, stormwater, utility, transportation)
Land Surveyors (field techs, party chiefs, PLS)
Urban & Land Use Planners (entitlements, zoning, permitting)
Geotechnical Engineers (soils, foundations, testing)

Responsibilities

Design and develop civil infrastructure using Civil 3D, GIS, and modeling tools
Plan and coordinate field surveys, site layouts, and utility systems
Support permitting, planning approvals, and regulatory documentation
Contribute to projects in healthcare, education, government, and commercial sectors
Collaborate across disciplines on community-focused, sustainable design
