Entry level Civil Engineer - (Fall 2026 - Spring 2027 Graduates)
About The Position
As an entry-level Civil Engineer for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will work with project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients. You will be involved in designing site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities for various projects such as urban redevelopment sites, industrial sites, and new school projects. You will interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials, impacting the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization and design through regulatory review, bidding, construction, and project completion.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- E.I.T. or F.E. certification
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Ability to speak and write professionally
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in the U.S. without sponsorship.

- Experience and knowledge of commercial real estate site design is a plus.
