The Civil Engineer is involved with the design of municipal infrastructure, highways, railways, transit systems, airports, harbors, bridges, tunnels, building, water supply and sewage treatment facilities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Structural software such as STAAD Pro, RISA or SAP 2000 or Geotechnical software such as CivilTech or PLAXIS and AutoCAD software.
- Sound knowledge of civil engineering fundamentals, structural and soil mechanics
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field with a focus in structural or geotechnical engineering is required.
- 2+ years of heavy civil infrastructure industry experience is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Coursework or internship experience in structural or geotechnical design preferred.
