Civil Engineer

RNG GroupBoise, ID
Onsite

About The Position

RNG Group is partnering with an established and growing civil engineering firm specializing in land development projects across southern Idaho to find their next Civil Engineer (EIT). This role is ideal for an early-career engineer looking for meaningful project exposure, real mentorship, and a clear path toward becoming a licensed Professional Engineer. This is a collaborative team committed to producing high-quality designs and delivering excellent client service, with more than 20 years earning a reputation as a trusted partner in Idaho's development sector. Their team plays a hands-on role bridging the gap between developers, public agencies, and contractors — turning ambitious site plans into places people actually want to live, work, and gather. It's a right-sized team: big-project capability with a boutique feel. You'll get a real voice at the table, meaningful autonomy, and direct client interactions — not just a seat in the back office. Expect end-to-end exposure across entitlements, grading and drainage, utilities, roadway, stormwater, and construction support, along with structured technical and leadership tracks, mentorship from senior engineers, paid licensure support, and dedicated time for professional learning.
