About The Position

Ardurra is seeking a Civil Engineer to contribute to and oversee civil/site design for a wide variety of projects, including parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher education campuses, and industrial/commercial developments. The role involves performing hydrologic and hydraulic modeling for stormwater management, roadway improvements, and drainage system upgrades. Additionally, the engineer will conduct utility coordination and support the preparation of construction documents for water/wastewater infrastructure. This position requires assisting with municipal project tasks to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget, and working independently or as part of a team with limited supervision.

Requirements

  • Proficient in AutoCAD® Civil 3d computer aided design software
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software including, but not limited to Word Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize workflow and complete tasks on schedule and within budget
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent
  • EIT required. Ability to pursue Professional Engineering (PE) license
  • 4+ years’ related work experience
  • Proven proficiency utilizing various computer software packages and automated engineering and design equipment
