We are looking to add another team member to help support our Northwest PA region. This can be a remote position. We are seeking a Civil Engineer or an Environmental Engineer who can support civil storm water permitting. You will collaborate with a team to manage and design projects on-time and on-budget and coordinate with other professionals including engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists. You will execute engineering and environmental tasks at the direction of a Regional Manager. We are looking for an individual with enthusiasm for site safety, outstanding client service, a persistent initiative to continually learn new technical practices, and a desire to earn the confidence of clientele, company management/colleagues, and regulators.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
- Engineering license (PE, EIT)
- 3-10 years field related experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and design projects on-time and on-budget
- Coordinate with other professionals including engineers, CAD, survey personnel and geologists
- Execute engineering and environmental tasks at the direction of a Regional Manager
- Support civil storm water permitting
- Hydrology and hydraulics
- Erosion and sedimentation controls
- Storm water management controls
- Land Development plans
- Geotechnical evaluations
- Highway occupancy permits
- Construction specification development
- Storm water & NPDES permitting
