About The Position
Are you a Civil Engineer ready to take the next step in your career and take on greater project responsibility? We're looking for a motivated Civil Engineer to join a growing engineering team supporting site development and land development projects from concept through construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of civil engineering experience preferred
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Experience in site development, land development, municipal, transportation, or related civil projects
- Early-career engineers with relevant internships or 1–2 years of Field Engineer experience are also encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
- Support and lead civil design projects
- Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and site development plans
- Perform engineering calculations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Work closely with surveyors, planners, clients, and municipalities
- Support projects through design and construction
