Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program
Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) required
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in site development.
Experience and/or interest in general site engineering
Effective technical writing and communication skills
A desire to work with a collaborative team and to grow professionally.
Excellent time management skills.

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure preferred with the ability to be licensed in Washington State and to practice civil engineering

Responsibilities

Creating conceptual plans
Preparing construction plans
Working with junior and senior civil engineers
Collaborating with other engineering disciplines and architects
Visiting construction sites
Providing technical assistance during design and construction
Preparing site plans, grading and drainage plans, stormwater management design, water and sanitary sewer utility plans, pedestrian accessibility, and other associated improvements.
