Civil Engineer - Entry Level
About The Position
Choice One Engineering is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our team. This role involves planning and designing projects in land development, site design, and/or transportation. You will collaborate with a multi-discipline team of architects, MEP, and structural engineers on diverse projects. The position requires working closely with other technical staff to provide consulting engineering services to architects, national retailers, municipalities, universities, and local development clients. Daily interaction with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment is expected.
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification
- P.E. license or in the process of obtaining P.E. license
- 1-4 years experience in land development, transportation design, or site design
- Very responsive and a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlines
- Continuous learning mindset
- Working proficiency of AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan and design projects focused in land development, site design, and/or transportation.
- Work with a multi-discipline team of architects, MEP, and structural engineers on a variety of projects.
- Work closely with other technical staff at Choice One Engineering to assist in providing consulting engineering services to architects, national retailers, municipalities, universities, and local development clients.
- Interact daily with project teams in a multi-disciplinary and multi-office environment.
