About The Position

Wilson & Company’s Salina, Kansas office is seeking a Civil PE with experience in the design of transportation infrastructure, notably streets, highways, and interstates. The role involves performing roadway design and modeling, leading and managing tasks on projects, and collaborating with experienced designers, project managers, other disciplines, and subconsultants. This position will primarily focus on projects in Missouri and Kansas, with potential opportunities to support regional projects. The ideal candidate will efficiently communicate and partner with peers, senior staff, and clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Kansas Professional Engineer licensed or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
4 - 7 years’ experience in the design of streets and highways in accordance with local, state and/or federal regulations.
Ability to effectively work with other engineers and technicians.
Experience in CADD utilizing Microstation.

Nice To Haves

A background in traffic engineering design can be helpful in this role.

Responsibilities
