About The Position

A well-established professional Surveying, Engineering and Architectural firm located in Landenberg, PA is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their team. This person will prepare, design and review land development projects from conceptual stages to compliance stages. Duties include: Design and prepare site plans for municipal approval; Design Post Construction Stormwater Management Facilities; Coordinate applications with clients and consultants; Review Subdivision and Land Development Plans for compliance with municipal regulations.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of experience in residential/commercial site design
• Experience preparing a complete set of civil plans
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Working knowledge and ability to use CAD based design software
• A self-starter who can work independently
• Experience working and communicating with clients

Nice To Haves

• PE preferred but not required
