About The Position
Direct Hire Project Leadership Lead civil and industrial engineering projects through planning, design, permitting, construction, and close-out Manage schedules, budgets, scopes, risks, and resources Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, designers, consultants, and contractors Engineering Oversight Provide professional engineering judgment and technical direction Review, approve, and seal engineering plans and calculations as required Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements Client & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery Support proposals, presentations, and business development efforts Quality, Safety & Performance Promote a strong culture of quality, safety, and accountability Oversee QA/QC processes and constructability reviews Identify challenges early and implement practical, value-driven solutions What We’re Looking For
Requirements
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of engineering experience with increasing project responsibility
- Proven experience managing civil and/or industrial projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with industrial facilities, utilities, manufacturing, or large-scale civil infrastructure
- PMP or other project management certification
- Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera
