About The Position

Reeve & Associates is a multi-disciplinary planning, engineering, and surveying firm founded in 1945. We handle civil engineering, land surveying, structural and traffic engineering, land and master planning, landscape architecture, and aerial mapping, all under one roof. Our work spans multi-family, commercial, industrial, and public projects across northern Utah and the western states, and we've built a reputation for fast, practical turnaround that turns first-time clients into long-term ones. As our civil team continues to grow, we are seeking a Civil Engineer who is sharp, motivated, and ready to take ownership of land development projects from early design through construction. At Reeve, civil engineers aren't siloed. Because surveying, structural, traffic, and landscape are all in-house, you'll have the people you need to move a project quickly instead of waiting on outside consultants. You'll work on a real variety of projects, from site development and infrastructure to large-scale land development with full on-site and off-site improvements, and you'll see your designs through entitlements, permitting, and construction. This is a family-owned firm that has been around since 1945 and is led by a licensed civil and structural engineer who came up through the business himself. That shows up in how the place runs: solid mentorship, a collaborative atmosphere, and the tools and technology to do good work without the bureaucracy of a giant national firm.
