About The Position

Multi-state design firm is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer – Site Design for their team in Oklahoma City! This role involves serving as the lead engineer on complex projects, providing high-level technical engineering design, and mentoring the team to elevate their technical expertise. The engineer will also be responsible for putting together technical resources, supervising staff, and reviewing contracts. Maintaining quality control and ensuring adequate plan checks are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 6+ years of related experience in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of experience supervising technical personnel
• PE License
• Proficient in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals
• Experience using Civil 3D
• Experience leading complex projects
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer on complex projects
• Provide high-level technical engineering design as needed
• Elevate the team’s technical expertise by mentoring/training the team
• Put together technical resources for the team and its projects
• Supervise staff (professionals and technical staff)
• Review contract with administration support
• Maintain quality control and check plans adequately
