About The Position

Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Civil Engineer/Project Manager to their Columbus team! This role involves leading internal teams, site design and documentation for various retail and restaurant projects, and comprehensive project management from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project objectives, scope, and schedules, creating detailed project plans, managing client communication, and overseeing project/construction administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering
• 8+ years of experience
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team
• Ability to travel to site visits, planning/zoning meetings, and meetings with local jurisdictions
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead internal team in completion of projections
• Lead site design/documentation of retail and restaurant buildings (ground up, tenant fill out, remodel type projects)
• Develop project objectives, scope, and schedules
• Create a detailed project plan
• Project scheduling
• Client communication
• Project/construction administration
