About The Position

Verdantas is seeking a skilled Oil & Gas Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team, supporting projects in Wilkes-Barre, PA, and Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves contributing to the planning, design, permitting, and construction of vital oil and gas infrastructure, including pipelines, well pads, water impoundments, storage facilities, and natural gas distribution utilities. The position requires participation in field reviews, site layout, pipeline routing, drawing preparation, permit applications, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater analysis and design. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Civil Engineering, with 2 of those years focused on Oil & Gas
• EIT required
• AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency required
• HydroCAD and/or Hydraflow experience required
• Able to travel for field assignments
• Must possess a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Pennsylvania PE preferred
• AutoCAD Civil 3D certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct Civil site design and grading
• Pipeline alignment routing, and design
• Erosion and sediment control design
• Perform stormwater management analysis and design
• Production of Permit/Construction Drawing sets
• Permit package preparation and submittals
• Provide technical support to project managers
• Perform field inspections and construction monitoring
