About The Position
White's Site Development is growing and we're looking for a talented Civil Engineer/Estimator to join our team in Orlando, Florida! If you're passionate about site development, have a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment — we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in site development estimating
- Familiarity with Central Florida permitting and site work standards
- Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, Timberline, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for site development projects including grading, utilities, paving, and drainage
- Review civil plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support preconstruction efforts from initial takeoff through bid submission
