About The Position

Robson Forensic is seeking a P.E. with 15+ years of hands-on Construction Management experience and a B.S. in Civil Engineering to join their team as a Construction Management Forensic Expert. This role involves investigating construction incidents, analyzing construction site procedures, writing scientific reports, and providing expert testimony. The position requires a deep understanding of construction management and site safety, with a focus on critically assessing decision-making, operational procedures, and the standard of care to determine the "why" behind incidents. This role offers the opportunity to utilize cumulative training, experience, and critical thinking skills, collaborate with respected experts, continuously learn, and make a tangible difference in litigation.

Requirements

Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
B.S. in Civil Engineering
15+ years of hands-on experience in construction management, including commercial, and experience with quality control and safety issues on construction sites
Thorough working knowledge of contracts, means & methods, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor management
Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills
Strong ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, objective evidence for non-technical audiences
Clean background screen
Driver's license
Ability to drive

Nice To Haves

Experience in single-family, high-rise, industrial, land development, and/or heavy/highway construction
