Requirements

A seasoned heavy civil leader experience delivering DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects
Experienced working with state DOTs (e.g., Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT)), municipalities, and public funding requirements
A hands-on Senior Project Manager who owns safety, schedule, budget, and client relationships from start to finish
Strong in cost control, forecasting, and managing project profitability
A trusted leader who builds high-performing, accountable teams
A clear communicator who partners effectively with field teams, inspectors, and agency representatives
Organized, results-driven, and confident managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities

Responsibilities

Lead project management teams in delivering DOT, roadway, bridge, and civil infrastructure projects
Serve as the primary liaison with DOT agencies, municipalities, and public stakeholders
Own overall project performance—safety, schedule, budget, and profitability
Oversee execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with plans and specifications
Manage contracts, change orders, and compliance with DOT regulations and reporting requirements
Collaborate closely with superintendents, engineers, and field teams to drive production and resolve challenges
Mentor and develop Project Engineers and Project Manager.
