About The Position

The client is located in the Dallas, Texas area and has an opportunity for a Civil Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing civil site design plans and supporting the development of a variety of projects, including single-family residential, multi-family residential, industrial, and commercial developments. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role is 100% on-site in Dallas, TX.

Requirements

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
• Experience preparing site development plans for single-family residential, multi-family residential, industrial, and commercial projects
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, utility layouts, and site development principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of civil design experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Preparing civil site design plans
